FRANCOL WRO - Bio(20) is manufactured from two highly refined esters blended to produce multi-grade biodegradables wire rope and chain oils.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

• The lubrication of drive ropes on cable belt conveyors, and chains that operate in environmentally sensitive areas

BENEFITS

• Multi-grade viscosity suits wide range of applications
• Rust and corrosion inhibitors provide good corrosion resistance
• High penetration gives functional lubrication to internal rope wires as well as pin and business in roller chains
• Does not swell or degrade conveyor belts or seals
• Initial lubrication with WRO Bio(20) will leach material oils from contamination belts ropes and chains
• Adhesive properties are generated by biodegradable refined ester additive to resist fling off

NOTES

• Biodegradability is dependant on presence of soil moisture and level of contamination of mineral oil etc
