FRANCOL O.G.P. 1640 Lite is a solvent free blend of proprietary synthetic polyois and modified hydro-carbon fluid bases, complexed with synergistic lubricating solids and micro-coupling chemical agents that form a thixotropic matrix.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

• Offshore heavy duty wire rope, Open Gears, racks & opinions, dipper sticks, circle rollers and rails and other mechanism that are found in the Mining, Steel, Cement, Sugar and other heavy industries
• Gears and pinions that operate elevated temperatures (85^oC)
• Has been approved for use on wire ropes and open gears of ship lifting systems

BENEFITS

• O.G.P 1640 Lite generates a tough, durable film on metal surface which resists pound out and fling off
• Will neither plug nor harden in injectors, blocks and spray nozzles, even after extended usage
• Insert formulation will not adversely react with copper alloys and lube system componentory
• Complexing of micro-coupling agents and fluid stabilizers provides excellent adhesion and minimises fling-off
• The established soft pliable film provides high compressive strengths and low shear rates, while fluid stablilzers prevent residual build-up

NOTES

• O.G.P. 1640 Lite is not recommended for use in HIGH SPEED journal or roller bearings
