FRANCOL W.R.O TXBlACK is a formulated from carefully selected base stock with extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, corrosion inhibitors, and penetrating fluids.

Developed to extend the service life of wire rope.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

• Rope with difficult access and requires immediate core penetration
• All non-friction wire ropes, both running and standing
• Suspension ropes, hoist drag and guide ropes
• Withstands wet corrosive conditions

BENEFITS

• FRANCOL W.R.O TX Black is solvent free, yet can dispensed through an automatic system
• Adhesion properties are generated by polymer additives to resists fling off
• Excellent corrosion and oxidisation resistance
• F.A.P additive system provides excellent internal anti-fretting performance under all load conditions
• Suitable over a wide temperature range
• Applied by hand, swap, roller, brush or pump system

NOTES

• FRANCOL W.R.O TX Black is compatible with most conventional base fluids including P.A.O and other synthetic grades etc, however for best results ropes should be clean and free of residual build-up
